match-o-matics

Hello guys here our first ever match-o-matics! Basically here is an overview of what match-o-matics included: - making list of questions - Designing the physical paper questionnaires vs having a google form for people to fill out -having people fill it out in the quad -Manually filling out paper questionnaires onto the google form to input it into the pairing spreadsheet - making the pairs with the pairing spreadsheet (time-consuming) - designing/writing the letters to sort out with the hearts bags on Friday the 14th - afterschool donuts let me know if you have any improvements for (hopefully) a future match-o-matics! -Michelle <3

hearts week! ♡

Hey guys! Hearts Week was during the week of 2/7-2/14, and we would love to hear your feedback for the week.  Here are some things to think about: - printing names on hearts rather than writing labels - good amount of volunteers each day - quick turnaround time for passing out hearts - being able to quickly replace missing or miscut hearts - posters falling down - roster issues Feel free to comment on other things as well!  ~PR♡

Coffeehouse Talent Show!

Hi everyone! CHTS was just last Friday, so we'd love your feedback. Attendance was 145, which was an increase from last year!! Things to think about: - Decs - Food/drinks - Timing - Location - Show flow - Anything else!! thank you!! and thanks for all the support, the show was definitely a success <33

Winter Rally Blogger

Here are some things that we tried for the winter rally: 1. Blacklights: Should Lynbrook Buy Backlights? Should we do the blacklight rally again? etc... 2. Games: Are there any games you want to see? Keep in mind the next rally will be either in the quad or on the football fields! Comment about whether you liked these new things or not, and about the rally as a whole and what could be improved!

hiiiiii the feb pr vid aired last wednesday (2/5) so we would love to get your thots on it!!! some things we did this time: - held signups open for one week - transitions between each clip - valentine's themed video with color coordination throughout - coin wars, idol, and rally recap in one some things we thought did not go well: - late request for info to be put in at the end of vid - refilming for almost every clip was needed because poor quality or transition needed - audio quality in vv was bad bc mic was lost - still filming the day before it was aired comment NOW!!!!!!!!!! this is for you justin <3, pr+tech

ASB Class Norms Re-Evaluation

Hello ASB 3rd Period! First off, thank you for your time and attention during Leadership Development on Thursday. I know you all have many things to work on for Leadership, but the better we create our classroom environment the more efficient and supportive we can be. Below is a list containing comments on norms that we feel are UNLIVED with reasons why, or new norms that could be established. There were no comments on us meeting all the norms, which is okay! Remember, the important thing for norms are that they are STATED. While we want them all to be LIVED, some will be UNLIVED. The purpose of evaluating our norms is to see why we are not living these norms, and our awareness to make them LIVED. Such is the life as leaders striving for growth. Norm 1: Keep agenda efficient (6 comments) I wish that the rules of agenda would be upheld more so that people understand that rules will be enforced in ASB. Charity Week Feedback!

Hello! Please leave your feedback for Charity Week! We had a Coin Wars all week that raised almost $1600 for Pennies for Patients. We also had an announcement at the rally and a teacher pieing event on Friday at lunch. Things to give feedback on: - promotion - rally announcement - multiple charities + voting - combination with spirit/rally week - anything else!
