November PR Video !!

hihiii  the November PR Video was shown to all homeroom classes this past wed (11/20) and we'd love to get your feedback!!! some things we thought went well: - filming started 4 weeks before the video was set to release which allowed for filming of late requests without too much hassle - some transitions from clip to clip for a more cohesive feel - editing wasn't completed last minute! (thanks tech) - hoco recap extended to include game and halftime show and dance some things we thought did not go well: - multiple late requests for filming - inefficient communication with recycling + student store filming, postponed finishing filming - inconsistent audio throughout clips ready, set, COMMENT!! <3, pr+tech

Blogger Analysis

Bloggers is a way for Executive Council to provide feedback on ASB events to the project leads, co-leads, and related commissioners. Eventually, these comments impact the project plan’s reflection in the successes and improvements for future commissioners as they look back at legacy binders. Currently, the commission(s) in charge of a project are omitted from counting towards their number of blogger comments for the ASB Leadership class grade (15%). These comments tend to give an “outsider perspective and observation” that the leads, co-leads, and related commissioners don’t have in their planning/execution process. The question is should we change this system? Should anyone (other than project lead/co-leads) be able to comment? Should it be specific per blogger post (i.e. at the end of each post, a list of people exempt from commenting are identified)? Other options? Please comment by Monday 11/18 4:00pm, which will be compiled to a few voting options with a poll being se...

Halloween!

Hey ASB! Last Thursday at lunch ASB Spirit hosted Trick-or-Treating. Candy was distributed during 3rd period, and trick-or-treating was at lunch due to the staff photo at brunch. Any feedback is encouraged, especially from those who helped distribute candy. Thanks! ASB Spirit <3

Homecoming Recognition Party

Hello everyone!! Last Friday 11/1 was the second annual Homecoming Recognition Party. Please give us any feedback you can about the invite process, location, time, volunteering, and anything else you want to tell us! Some things we noticed: - Cafeteria was a better location than last year overall, but the public setting made the party seem a bit exclusive - Too much pizza and cupcakes, right amount of drinks - watching videos was fun! Thanks so much, <3 REC

Halloween Decorations

Hey ASB, Hope y'all had a spooky Halloween! PR put up Halloween decorations. This year, we put up a few small decorations on the first three days, and then packed the planter box with all the decorations on the actual day of Halloween. Please tell us about how you thought about this format and maybe other decorations we could have added. THANKS

Homecoming Freebies and Art Exhibit

Hi guys! Yay we finished another great year of hoco! As a part of hoco this year Community Link had freebies, where we gave out lanyards and vinyl stickers. We also collected homecoming planter decs from each class during 6th and 7th period and then had an art exhibit at the homecoming dance. Please let us know if you have any feedback for any of these events and also what could have been improved throughout the process. Thanks! -Clink <3
