2019-2020 ASB Leadership

hii everyone!  a recap of court: organizing court, brochures, announcements, events on homecoming day etc.  we would love some suggestions in the areas listed below: 1. promotion. this year, we decided not to promote court and leave that up to admin because we felt that asb shouldn’t be advertising for something nomination based. what are all your ideas on this? 2. brochures. anything that could be improved from that in general?   3. anything else you guys thought could change/improve?  thank you!

Here are the new things that we tried for the homecoming rally: 1. No parade 2. Less court integration 3. Incorporation of homecoming villain actors in the skit 4. Non competitive rally 5. Different Lighting 6. New type of football shoutout Comment about whether you liked these new things or not, and about the rally as a whole and what could be improved!

Hey ASB! Please let me know your thoughts on the "More than Meets the Eye" Homecoming Dance that happened on October 25th, 2019. If you volunteered for the dance, let me know how you thought your shift went or what could have been better. Otherwise, comment on how you thought the dance went overall, anything that could have been better, or any suggestions for next year's dance. More things to look at are the promotions for the dance (video, announcements, banners, invitations...) and planning the dance if you were involved. Thanks!

Hey everyone! Please leave some feedback for the October PR video that was shown to homeroom classes on Wednesday, 10/16! What went well: - Editing was really fun to watch - Started filming immediately after September PR video - Better transitions between clips - New mic for Viking Viewpoint worked really well What didn’t go well: - Condensed filming schedule in the beginning -Try to only have one commission film per day so we don’t waste other commission’s time - Clips may have been too long, try to have more condensed clips next time - The mic broke so we had some issues with the sound - Lighting was a little weird for some of the clips Feel free to give us any suggestions that you guys have for future PR videos as well!

Hey ASB! If anyone has any ideas for decorations or any comments about our current plans, please tell us! We are currently planning to have these decs: - Skeletons - Fake Pumpkins - Zombie Hands - Cauldrons - With Hats - A Big Spider - Tinsel for the trees Some potential ideas: - Little decoration on teachers' doors (can stay up whole week) Budget: ~$200

Hey! So the movie night was last Friday on September 27 from 7:30pm-10pm in the Quad (planter boxes). Social would love some input/suggestions/comments regarding;m - venue - decorations - movie - snacks/drinks/etc, - anything else you feel is important. Thanks, Social!

Hihihi the September PR Video was shown to all homeroom classes last wed(9/25) and we'd love to know your thoughts! Some things that we thought went well: - filming schedule started 3 weeks prior to d-day, which allocated for time to refilm and get feedback from ASB class - people knew what they had to say - no technical issues requiring refilming (gj tech!) Some things that could have been done better: - running out of new, unique filming locations - filming plan for commissions/finalizing what needed to be filmed - viking viewpoint audio was not very clear because we didn't have a mic that could connect to phone - clear communication from commissions that they need to film - filming could have been more efficient Please let us know any ideas you have to improve upcoming pr videos!
